Lincoln Prep Summer Strength and Conditioning
Join Coach Brillhart this summer for Lincoln Prep’s Strength and Conditioning Camps, running throughout the summer! These sessions are designed to help our student athletes stay strong, healthy, and prepared for the upcoming seasons.
To register, please email Coach Brillhart at Mbrillhart@lincolnprep.org so he can tailor programming to the number of participants.
New This Summer:
Incoming 8th graders interested in participating are welcome! We will offer a beginner lifting session if there is enough interest — be sure to email early to secure your spot.
Camp Schedule:
Dates:
- May 27 – June 26
- July 7 – July 24
(Monday through Thursday each week)
Times:
- High School Football: 6:30 AM – 8:00 AM
- High School Girls: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
- High School Boys & 8th Graders: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
